Booking a photography session with KBT PHOTOGRAPHY implies agreement to company policies, terms and conditions – following are highlights of company policies.

CLIENT GALLERIES & PRODUCT ORDERS:
Final edits from your shoot are shared in a KBT PHOTOGRAPHY secure online CLIENT GALLERY – here you can view and share your photographs.
Order and purchase prints, custom designed PhotoBooks, enlargements or other specialty products (canvas wraps, custom thank you cards/post cards, etc) through your online CLIENT GALLERY.
CLIENT GALLERY remains active for 1 year and can be password protected.
Orders for print or digital products are processed on an individual basis, and are produced only after full payment is received by KBT PHOTOGRAPHY.
Standard print or digital product orders ship within 1-2 weeks of payment/order processing, some conditions apply for custom products.
Shipping and handling costs apply.
PAYMENTS & RETAINERS:
At the time of booking a 50% Retainer / $200 (whichever is greater) is required with contract/agreement signing to secure photography session.
Balance (less retainer) is due on/before the date of Photo Session.
Additional services or products will be added to the invoice and payment is due at time of order.
Product delivery/transfer of usage rights will be granted upon complete payment of the final invoice.
Payment Methods: PayPal, cheque, money order, cash / interac email transfer. Cheques are to be made payable to: Katherine Topolniski.
There is a $50 charge on checks returned for any reason. Interest charges of 1.5% per month (18% annual rate) will be applied to all past due accounts.
